We use submitted information to respond to rental inquiries, coordinate applications or move-ins, schedule maintenance, provide lease or property notices, send requested owner operational alerts, coordinate a vendor job after explicit consent, maintain dated consent and opt-out records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Hosting and messaging providers, including Twilio, process information only as needed to operate the site and deliver requested messages on behalf of Alaska Family Rental LLC. They may not use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies by audience. Residents and inquirers: up to 8 messages per month. Owner operational alerts and vendor job messages: up to 10 messages per day when action is needed. Message and data rates may apply.

Your SMS choices

SMS consent is optional, is not preselected on the website form, and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or receiving housing services. After a person opts in, Alaska Family Rental LLC sends one confirmation text. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or use the website contact form. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested, protect rights or safety, comply with law or legal process, or complete a business transition where permitted by law.
